If you have signed up to our membership family, we will set up a monthly direct debit and the team will discuss your next steps. If you fall behind with any payments, please talk to us, we are here to help. Please take note of the cancellations/failure to attend/late attendance section to familiarise yourself with our policies surrounding possible charges.

Once you have considered the available plans and associated costs, confirm your acceptance onto the relevant plan.
Confirm Acceptance
At the appropriate time, the Dentist will invite you for a free Denplan care assessment. This may be at your final treatment appointment. The monthly fees you pay, will fall into a category A-E.
For example, a patient in category A has no outstanding treatment to be carried out, has no fillings, and has healthy gums.
Denplan Care Assesment
If you require treatment, any outstanding treatment as well as following the Dentists advice is necessary to ensure your oral health is stable. Occasionally, the Dentist may agree with you to exclude certain treatments from your plan, if you prefer not to undertake the proposed treatment.
If You Require Treatment
Attend Tattenhall Dental for an examination where the Dentist will assess the need for any treatment and provide
you with cost options. If you only want check ups and cleans included in your plan, with a 10% discount off full priced treatment, you can sign up straight away to Denplan Essentials. If you do not need any treatment and wish for a more inclusive *plan, you will be invited for a free Denplan Care assessment.
